NICU Hearts exists to do some good in the NICU community. The goal is simple: make useful resources, learning opportunities, and a little encouragement easier to find.

Caring for babies and families depends on shared knowledge and many kinds of experience. This space supports everyday learning, thoughtful questions, and connection across the NICU team.

The research feed shares emerging evidence, study results, and their limits to support thoughtful discussion about care. The library offers short guides and printable worksheets for learning conversations, questions, and feedback. The event calendar brings together conferences, virtual learning, and opportunities to connect, with links to organizer sources. Learn together adds journal-club kits, team prompts, an improvement planner, and topic collections. You can also suggest a resource or volunteer to review content through the contribution form.

Use a resource for your own reflection, bring it to a colleague, or find an event that opens up a new perspective. Take what helps and adapt it to your setting.

The guides and worksheets are free to read, download, and share for personal learning or informal teaching. There is no sign-up to get started. Event organizers set their own fees and attendance requirements.

NICU Hearts supports learning and reflection. For patient care and clinical decisions, use your workplace’s approved resources, policies, supervision, and clinical team.
